Sikandar Synopsis: Sikandar Raza is a 14-year-old schoolboy in Kashmir. Ever since his parents were killed by militants 10 years back, he has been living with his aunt and uncle, in a small town in Kashmir. Sikandar's life revolves around the happiness of his foster parents, and his passion for football. One day, on his way home after a school football match, Sikandar finds a gun lying on the path. Despite admonishment from his friend Nasreen, Sikandar picks up the gun, and thus begins a journey into the darker side of his nature. The quiet yet strong Nasreen becomes Sikandar's conscience keeper. She tries to dissuade him from giving in to the lure of the gun.

Earlier Sikander was scheduled to be released in last week of March but due to a stand off between Multiplex owners and Bollywood Producers, Sikandar could not be released. So finally after waiting for four long months finally Sikandar will be released on 21st August.
The plot of Sikandar is quite strong and will be writing Sikandar review only after watching it. ;) Eagerly waiting for the release of Sikandar now.
this movie was a real dissapoinment, i was expecting a better movie from sudhir mishra, the last one i saw from him was hazaron khwaish aisi.. it was a really well made movie... poor shiney!
