Actress, singer and music composer, Shruti Haasan (daughter of legendary actor Kamal Hassan and actress Sarika), is back in Bollywood after a hiatus of two years with two Bollywood movies - Prabhu Deva's 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' and Nikhil Advani's 'D-Day'. Last she was seen in Madhur Bhandarkar's Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji (2011).
Its a Double dose of Shruti Haasan this Friday - Her both the movies are releasing on the same day i.e on 19th July, 2013. Double treat for her fans!
Shruti Haasan will be seen in different characters in both the movies. Ramaiya Vastavaiya is a romantic flick where she plays the role of a bubbly Punjabi kudi while 'D Day’ is an intense action-thriller in which she is essaying the character of a Karachi-based prostitute.
