Its A Wonderful Afterlife Synopsis: Gurinder Chaddha the director of acclaimed films like Bend It like Beckham and Bride and Prejudice is back with a latest offering called Its a Wonderful Afterlife. The film is a British comedy revolving around a widow and her daughter. The widow wants to marry off her only daughter but couldnt do so, as the daughter is dark and plumpy. Many reject her because of this reason and the mother avenges this behaviour by killing off the failed bridegrooms. Suddenly the spirits of her victims come back to haunt her. How does the mother overcome the spirits while marrying off her daughter forms the rest of the story.
