Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi & Others Remember Nata Sarvabhauma Dr. Rajkumar at his Smaraka Inaugration


Finally the wait is over for the Nooru Koti  Kannadigas whom Dr Rajkumar fondly called as "Annadataru" as  they were eagerly awaiting the  inauguration of  their idol " Dr. Rajkumar Smaraka ". Few had tears of joy..few missed their Annavaru badly, but Nov 30th was definetely a Dr Rajkumar Festival all over the state.. Here is a quick glimpse of this special day.









Kannada Film famous actor Dr. Rajkumar Smaraka was inaugurated by Chief minister Karnataka Siddramaiah and actors Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi.









Karnataka Chief minister Siddramaiah who is an ardent fan of the veteran actor said  that Nata Sarvabhauma is not dead he stays in the hearts of the millions of  Kannadigas. How true...audience gave him a thunderous applause and he also added that just like the veteran he too has promised to donate his eyes after his death and urged others also to support the noble cause.







Also present at the event was the Senior South Indian actor Ambareesh..
















Two Legendary Superstars Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi from the Tamil and Telugu film industry respectively, greeting each other.

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi recalled an incident from his career that highlighted a special quality of the star. He said he was touched by the simplicity of the veteran actor, Dr. Rajkumar who had called him up to congratulate him after watching one of his Telugu movie.

Entire Kannada film industry came together to give a special tribute to the living legend by performing to his evergreen songs at  `Amara Jeevige Namana`- a tribute to Dr.Rajkumar  at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru on Novembre 30, 2014. This event was arranged by the State Govt and KFCC.

Puting an end to the rumors
about  tiff between him and Raj Kumar family, Lanky Actor Sudeep also took part in the `Amara Jeevige Namana`- a tribute to Dr.Rajkumar  at Palace Grounds, Bangalore. His best friend Darshan was also present at the venue.









Other than these actors, few actors like Srimurali, Vijay Raghavendra, Rocking star Yash,  Prajwal Devaraj, Golden star Ganesh, Amoolya, Chiranjeevi Sarja, Crazy star Ravichandran and others too graced the occasion.
